The file name is "update13.zip"  - GM-SCREEN-1923S - UPDATE 8-5-25

1. Use a 16-64GB 3.0 USB thumb drive formatted to FAT32 
2. Download the zip file directly to the thumb drive
3. DO NOT UNZIP THE FILE
4. Plug the USB thumb drive into the USB port of the screen
5. Initiate the Upgrade: Once the thumb drive is connected, an update pop-up window will appear on the unit's screen. Click on "Upgrade" to start the update process.
6. Complete the Update: Wait for the update to complete. The unit may restart several times during the process. 
7. DO NOT REMOVE THE THUMB DRIVE UNTIL THE UPDATE HAS COMPLETED
